The bay window on the front of this property in Middelstum was sinking due to subsidence.
Target Fixings offers several solutions for repairing bay windows, but it was determined that in addition to the standard solutoins, this bay window would also require the addition of Heli Piles to provide additional support.
The new Heli Pile foundation was installed to restrict the vertical movement, while Bar Flex reinforcement spreads the load and pins the window back to the property. Overall, it was a fast, effective, and sustainable solution with a minimum of inconvenience for the homeowner.
In een wooncomplex te Ruinerwold was scheurvorming in de lange gevel zichtbaar. Het ontbreken van dillataties, zetting van het gebouw en betonlateien waren hier de oorzaak van scheurvorming. Target Fixings heeft hier onderzoek gedaan en de diverse oorzaken duidelijk zichtbaar gemaakt. Vervolgens is door ons een herstelplan opgesteld en is het werk uitgevoerd met een minimum aan overlast voor de bewoners.
We used HeliPile foundation piles to stabilize a sinking extension, reinforcing the walls to prevent further damage. Pile tests can often determine if they have sufficient load-bearing capacity.
