The homeowner has cracking on the inside and outside of the house. There are cracks down the long side of the house going up to the corner of the property. This has resulted in the corner starting to break away and without being treated it will collapse.
Installation of Heli Piles to support the foundations at the corner of the property and Bar Flex reinforcement to the masonry. The repairs will be made to the North East corner of the block of flats at the residence. The majority of the work will be performed in the rear garden and side elevation of the end house.
1. Set up the site by removing a fence panel and erecting Heras fencing around the working area.
2. Arrange compressor access from car park, either via the path across the front elevation, or the grassy area along the rear of the block.
3. Perform the installation works for a consecutive 4-5 days
