Reliable, minimally invasive reinforcement for delaminated masonry and structural repairs
Cem Flex is a pinning system for solid masonry comprising short stainless steel helical-shaped rods and Bond Flex grout. It is an ideal solution for producing strong connections in masonry walls. Due to its versatility, it can be also used along with other Target Fixings products like Bar Flex beaming or Heli Piles providing additional anchorage and effective force redistribution over the larger wall area. It is very advantageous in situations where the access is limited.
Cem Flex was originally developed in conjunction with British Rail as a method for pinning delaminated masonry arches, and it has now become widely accepted as a simple and economic solution for broader issues with solid masonry structures.

Installation is simple and non-intrusive:
While Cem Flex installations cannot be randomly tested after placement, pre-testing is possible by installing an oversized Cem Flex and performing a load test.
