A non-shrink, thixotropic grout designed for secure bonding of metal components in masonry
The effective stress redistribution in masonry can take place only if the reinforcement is fully mobilised in the masonry. Bond Flex is a specialized two-component bonding grout designed to ensure excellent workability, perfect bond to the substrate and good mechanical properties. Its thixotropic properties ensure pumpability and easy injection with a hand applicator. The low liquid-to-powder ratio ensures effective void penetration in the masonry and rapid strength increase.
Bond Flex works perfectly with Bar Flex ensuring full engagement of the reinforcement in the masonry even at stress levels exceeding the Ultimate Limit States thus allowing for ductile response.
Supplied as a complete set (dry powder + liquid) for mixing 3 litres of injectable grout
Also available in 3L and 6L quantities, with or without mixing buckets
Supplied in 16L buckets for safe stacking (up to 4 high)
For large orders, dry and liquid components can be provided separately
Store in a dry place between 5°C and 35°C
