Adjustments due to Covid-19
The guidance notes below should be considered generalised for all events. Specific information relating to each event can be found on the event page.
Tiers 1 & 2
Events falling within Tiers 1 & 2 will go ahead.
Tier 1 guidance (as at 4 Jan 2021): "conference centres and exhibition halls are open. Business events are permitted, but capacity should be restricted to whichever is lower: 50% capacity or 4,000 people outdoors or 1,000 people indoors"
Tier 2 guidance (as at 4 Jan 2021): "conference centres and exhibition halls are open. Business events are permitted, but capacity should be restricted to whichever is lower: 50% capacity of 2,000 people outdoors or 1,000 people indoors"
Tiers 3 & 4
Events falling within Tier 3 & 4 will be postponed or moved online.
Tier 3 guidance (as at 4 Jan 2021): "Conference centres and exhibition halls are closed for the purposes of hosting conferences"
Tier 4 guidance (as at 4 Jan 2021): "everyone who can work effectively from home should do so"
We are working hard with venues to ensure that all events will be held in compliance with all social distancing regulations and we have deliberately chosen venues that can only accommodate 20+ delegates who are all socially distanced.
Track & Trace
Venues may require delegates to provide details for NHS Track & Trace, and we may be compelled to share your contact information with NHS Track & Trace where required by law.
Delegates who are showing symptoms of Covid-19 are asked not to attend. Delegates who do attend who display symptoms may be asked to leave at the request of Target or the venue. Tests carried out at any point in advance of events are not accepted as proof of a current negative test result.
Delegates are reminded to follow guidance surrounding hand washing. Delegates will be asked to wash hands on arrival and before eating any provided food.
